Introduction
The inspection frequency of an installation is by default determined by legal regulations and the type of installation. If you have agreed on a different frequency with the inspection body, you can have this adjusted via the Artion Support team. In this article, we explain how to go through this process.
Steps
Check the current frequency
The legal frequency is automatically linked to the type of installation in the platform. Check the current settings for the installation in the site dashboard.
Agreement with the inspection body
If you want to deviate from the standard frequency, discuss this with your inspection body.
Make sure a written agreement is prepared and signed by both you and the inspection body.
Contact the Artion Support team
Send an email to support@artion.be with the following information:
- The name of the installation.
- The current and desired frequency.
- The signed agreement as an attachment.
Adjustment by Artion Support
The Support team will process your request and adjust the frequency in the platform according to the provided information.
You will receive confirmation once the changes have been made.
