How do I know when my inspections expire?
Introduction
When an inspection has expired and was not scheduled in time by the inspection company, the inspection date will appear in red in Artion. In this article, we explain what steps you can take to resolve this situation.
Steps
Check the inspection status
Open the dashboard for the relevant site and check the inspection date.
Expired inspections are shown in red.
Contact the inspection company
Find the contact details of the inspection company via the platform.
Send an email or call the company to discuss the situation and agree on a new inspection date.
Notify Artion Support (if needed)
If you are unable to resolve the issue with the inspection company, send an email to support@artion.be.
Include the following details in your email:
- The installation concerned
- The site and dashboard name
- The expired inspection date
Follow up on communication
Wait for a response from the inspection company or Artion Support to discuss the next steps.
