Most inspections are valid for one year. It’s important to plan a new inspection in time to comply with legal requirements.
Notification to the inspection company
Six weeks before the expiration date, the inspection company receives an email from Artion. This notification includes:
- Inspection details: asset name, serial number, and location.
- Contact information for the on-site contact person.
Contact by the inspection company
The inspection company will contact you by email or phone to schedule an appointment.
Ensure that your contact details in Artion are always up to date.
Confirmation and scheduling via Artion
After you confirm the proposed appointment, the inspection company will schedule the inspection via Artion.
You will receive a notification so you’re fully informed about the planned inspection.
