What happens if an installation is rejected?
What if an asset still has unresolved remarks after several inspections? Learn what happens when a red score is given and how Artion manages out-of-service assets.
When an installation is rejected (e.g. due to a serious violation or repeated unresolved issues), the inspection certificate receives a red score (C) or the status ‘Rejected’.
What happens when the certificate is uploaded?
Once the certificate with the red score is uploaded in Artion:
-
Automatic follow-up stops.
-
The installation is marked out of service.
-
The customer is responsible for fixing the issues or violations.
-
The installation may not be used until a successful reinspection has taken place.
How to get the installation reinspected?
-
The customer must request a reinspection via support@artion.eu.
-
They must also indicate on the platform that the issues have been resolved.
-
Only then can a new inspection be scheduled.
