How do I update the contact person of a site?
It’s important to keep the contact details of a site up to date so that inspectors can easily get in touch. In this article, we explain how to update the contact person for a site in Artion.
Go to the settings menu
- Log in to Artion and select the site for which you want to update the contact details.
- Click on the gear icon in the top right corner to open the site settings.
Update the contact details
- Click on the ‘Edit’ button to adjust the site’s contact details.
- Enter the new contact person’s information.
Save changes
- Click ‘Save’ to confirm and apply the changes.
Repeat for other sites
- If you manage multiple sites, repeat these steps for each site.
Information is shared with inspectors
- The updated contact details will automatically be changed in the emails to the inspectors, ensuring they have the most current information.
