How do I update the contact person of a site?

It’s important to keep the contact details of a site up to date so that inspectors can easily get in touch. In this article, we explain how to update the contact person for a site in Artion.

Go to the settings menu

  • Log in to Artion and select the site for which you want to update the contact details.
  • Click on the gear icon in the top right corner to open the site settings.

Update the contact details

  • Click on the ‘Edit’ button to adjust the site’s contact details.
  • Enter the new contact person’s information.

Save changes

  • Click ‘Save’ to confirm and apply the changes.

Repeat for other sites

  • If you manage multiple sites, repeat these steps for each site.

Information is shared with inspectors

  • The updated contact details will automatically be changed in the emails to the inspectors, ensuring they have the most current information.
