Have you noticed an incorrect date for an inspection in the dashboard? No worries! In this article, we explain how you can report this and have it corrected by the Artion Support team.
Check the error
Review the dashboard and identify which inspection date is incorrect.
Make note of key details, such as the name of the asset and the specific inspection.
Report the error to the Support team
Send an email to support@artion.eu with the following information:
- The name of the asset.
- The specific inspection for which the date is incorrect.
Correction by the Support team
The Support team will verify the information and make the necessary adjustments.
You will receive a confirmation as soon as the changes have been applied.
