The inspection has been rescheduled/postponed. How do I do this?
Sometimes it is necessary to reschedule a planned inspection to another date, for example due to changing circumstances. In this article, we explain step by step how to easily adjust the date and time of an inspection via Artion.
Log in to your account
Go to the platform and log in with your account details.
Navigate to the dashboard
Click on ‘Dashboard’ and go to ‘All inspections’.
Search for the customer for whom the inspection is scheduled.
Select the installation
Click on the three dots next to the installation for which the inspection is scheduled.
Select the option ‘Edit inspection’.
Adjust the date and time
Enter the new date and time as agreed with the customer.
Save changes
Click on ‘Save’ to confirm the new information.
Confirmation to the customer
The customer will automatically receive an email with the updated date and time of the inspection.
