An asset has moved to another site. How do I move it from one dashboard to another?
When an asset is moved to another site, it is important to update this change in the Artion platform as well. In this article, we explain how to easily report this to the Support team and outline the steps involved.
Contact the Support team
Send an email to support@artion.eu.
Include the following details:
- Name of the asset
- Current site: The site where the asset is currently registered.
- New site: The site to which the asset will be moved.
Confirmation from the Support team
The Support team will make sure the asset is correctly transferred to the new site.
You will receive a confirmation email once everything has been updated.
