How can I upload a certificate?

Uploading a certificate after an inspection can be done in two ways: directly via the platform or through the reminder email sent by the Artion platform.

Uploading directly in the platform

The easiest way to upload a certificate is via the general dashboard in the Artion platform. Follow these steps:

  1. Use the search function in the dashboard to find the correct site, location, or asset.

  2. Once you’ve found the correct asset, click on the three dots at the beginning of the row.

  3. Select the option ‘Upload certificate.’
  4. A modal window will open where you can upload the certificate.

Uploading via the reminder email

If a certificate has not been uploaded within 7 days after the actual inspection, the platform automatically sends a reminder email. In this email, you’ll find a button that takes you directly to the correct place in the platform. There, you can easily upload the certificate following the same steps described in the modal.Herinneringsmail

Tip: Make sure to upload all certificates on time to comply with legal obligations and maintain a complete overview in the platform.
