How can I schedule a voluntary audit?
Would you like to organise a voluntary audit for one or more buildings? Contact support@artion.eu to discuss this with your Customer Success Coach. Together, you can determine the approach that best fits your situation.
What are the possibilities?
A voluntary audit can be organised in different ways.
On-site audit by Artion
Through your Customer Success Coach, an Artion colleague can visit one of your buildings. During this visit, the current inventory, available certificates and possible points of attention can be reviewed together.
Coordination with an external partner
If needed, it can also be assessed whether an external partner or inspection body should be involved in the audit.
How do I request this?
Send an email to support@artion.eu including:
- The name of your organisation
- The site or building for which you would like an audit
- A short explanation of your request
- Any preferred timing
Your Customer Success Coach will then contact you to discuss the next steps.
