How do I schedule an inspection?
Have you received an email from Artion asking you to schedule an inspection? No problem! In this article, we explain how you can easily schedule an inspection, either via the email or directly through the Artion platform.
Option 1: Schedule an inspection via email
- Open the email you received from Artion.
- Click the ‘Schedule’ button.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to set the date and time.
- Click ‘Save’ to confirm the appointment.
Option 2: Schedule an inspection via the Artion platform
- Log in to Artion.
Go to the platform and log in with your account details. - Navigate to the Dashboard
Click on ‘Dashboard’ and find the client for whom you want to schedule the inspection.
Go to the ‘All inspections’ or ‘To be scheduled’ tab. - Select the installation
Click on the three dots next to the installation for which the inspection needs to be scheduled.
Select the option ‘Schedule inspection’. - Plan the inspection
Enter the agreed date and time in the screen that appears.
Click ‘Save’. - Confirmation for the client
Once the inspection has been scheduled, the client will automatically receive a confirmation email from Artion.
