How do I know who is following up on each inspection?
At the end of the onboarding process, you receive an overview of available inspection bodies and their rates. This gives you the freedom to decide which inspector you want to work with via the platform. In this article, we explain how to access this information and where to find relevant details if inspections have already been carried out.
Overview of inspection bodies and rates
During onboarding
At the end of the onboarding, you receive an overview of:
- The available inspection bodies.
- The corresponding rate list.
You can then decide which inspector you would like to work with.
Linking by the Support team
After you’ve made your choice, the Support team will link the selected inspection body to your account.
How to request the overview
At this time, the overview is not directly visible on the platform.
You can request it at any time by sending an email to support@artion.eu.
The Support team will gladly provide the necessary information.
Viewing inspection history
Completed inspections:
If inspections have already been carried out via the platform, you can view them in the inspection history of the installation.
The inspection history provides an overview of all completed inspections and their results.
