How to update an orange status on the dashboard after resolving issues?
Have you received an orange status for your asset and completed the necessary repairs? In this article, we explain how to indicate in the Artion platform that the action has been completed and what to expect next.
Check the reminder
After receiving an orange status, you will receive an email reminder from Artion to take action.
Make sure all required repairs are carried out before the deadline.
Go to the asset in the platform
Log in to Artion and navigate to the asset for which the repairs have been completed.
Click on the asset to open the inspection history.
Mark the repair as completed
In the inspection history for the inspection with the orange status, indicate whether the repair has been carried out:
- Click ‘Yes’ if the repair is completed.
- Click ‘No’ if the repair has not yet been carried out.
Status overview
- Action required: If the status is set to ‘No’, this will be shown in orange next to the asset.
- Already completed: If the status is set to ‘Yes’, this will be shown in green next to the asset.
Use filters to view open actions
You can filter all assets with open actions by clicking on the bar chart in the dashboard.
The score remains unchanged
Please note: Marking the repairs as completed does not change the orange score.
The score will only be updated after the inspector carries out a re-inspection or during the next scheduled inspection.
