I have a new asset on my site. How do I add it?
Would you like to add a new asset to the inspection dashboard of a site? In this article, we explain how to do this and what information you need to provide to the Artion Support team.
Contact the Support team
Send an email to support@artion.eu and include the following information:
- The name of the asset
- The site to which the asset should be added
- The serial number of the asset (if applicable)
- Details regarding the initial commissioning inspection
Request a commissioning inspection (if needed)
If the asset still needs to be inspected before it can be put into use, notify the Support team.
Confirm whether you would like the inspection to be arranged via Artion.
Confirmation of addition
The Support team will add the asset to the inspection dashboard and will contact you once this has been completed.
