1. Go to the dashboard
Log in to Artion and navigate to the dashboard of the site where the asset is located.
Do you have multiple dashboards? Select the correct one.
2. Click on ‘Add asset’
Click the Add asset button to create a new asset.
3. Enter the asset information
In the Asset information screen, select under Site the site where you want to place the asset.
Then enter the asset type. The requirement field will be filled in automatically.
Note: in some cases, you may need to adjust this manually (for example, for forklifts that also lift people).
If you can’t find the correct type, contact support@artion.eu to have it added.
4. Fill in the basic details
Enter the name, serial number, and description of the asset.
Then click on Define inspection.
5. Add an inspection certificate (optional)
A window will appear where you can upload the inspection certificate.
Our AI will automatically process this document. Review the processed information and click Create asset.
If you don’t have an inspection certificate available, select No inspection certificate and click Create asset.
6. Asset added
The asset is now available in your inspection dashboard and ready for further follow-up.
