Have you mistakenly uploaded an inspection certificate under ‘Documents’ instead of in the inspection history of the asset? No worries! In this article, we explain how you can have this corrected by the Artion Support Team.

Send an email to support@artion.eu.
Include the following information in your email:
- The name of the asset.
- The inspection certificate you uploaded incorrectly.
Correction by the Support Team
The Support Team will move the inspection certificate to the correct inspection history of the asset.
You will receive a confirmation once the adjustment has been completed.
