My colleague also wants to use the dashboard. How do I create an account?
Would you like to add a new user to a dashboard in Artion? In this article, we explain step by step how to create and activate an account. We also cover what to do if a colleague needs access to multiple sites.
Navigate to the dashboard
- Go to the dashboard where you want to add a user.
- Click the gear icon in the top right corner to open the dashboard settings.
Go to the ‘Users’ tab
In the settings menu, select the tab called ‘Users’.
Click the ‘+ User’ button to add a new user.
Enter the details
Fill in the following information for the new user:
- First name
- Last name
- Email address
- Phone number
Save and activate
Click ‘Save’.
The user will automatically receive an email from Artion with instructions to activate the account.
Access to multiple sites
If your colleague needs access to multiple sites, send an email to support@artion.eu.
In the email, include the following information:
- First and last name of the user
- Email address
- The sites to which access is required
