Where can I upload the inspection certificate and assign the correct score?
After the inspection has been carried out and the inspection certificate has been issued, you need to upload it to the Artion platform. In this article, we explain how to do this easily and which steps to follow.
Log in to Artion
Use your account credentials to log in to the platform.
Go to ‘Dashboard’.
Navigate to the correct inspection
Go to ‘All inspections’ to view recent inspections.
If more than 14 days have passed since the inspection, you can find the inspection under ‘Certificate forgotten’.
Find the relevant client and click on the three dots next to the installation for which you want to upload the certificate.
Upload the certificate
Click on ‘Upload certificate’.
Enter the following details:
- Score: Add the score given by the inspector (for example, green, orange, or red).
- Inspection date: This field will be automatically filled if you scheduled the inspection via Artion. Otherwise, you can enter it manually.
Add the file
You can add the certificate by dragging the file into the designated area or by clicking on ‘Choose files’.
Save the data
Click on ‘Save’ to complete the upload.
Notification to the client
If the installation contains remarks or has been rejected, the client will automatically receive an email from Artion with instructions on how to address the issues.
