Why do I receive an email when action is needed for an orange score?

Have you received a reminder email from Artion regarding comments on an inspection report? In this article, we explain how to use this information and what steps you need to take to resolve the issues.

Check the reminder email

The reminder email contains an overview of the details of the relevant installation, the inspection certificate, and the inspection date.

Carefully read through the comments and use the attached report as a reference.

Address the remarks

Forward the inspection report to the company responsible for the repairs.

Make sure the issues are resolved before the indicated deadline.

Check the deadline

In many cases, you have until the next legal inspection to resolve the comments.

Note: Sometimes, the inspector will schedule an earlier re-inspection date than the legal deadline. This date will also be mentioned in the reminder email.

Take action if an early re-inspection is scheduled

If an earlier re-inspection date has been set, make sure that all repairs are completed before this date.

Contact the inspector if you have questions about the re-inspection.
