What does the hourglass icon on the dashboard mean?

The inspection day has arrived. The inspector visits the site within the agreed time window to inspect the installation(s).

What happens on the platform?

On the day of the inspection:

• An hourglass icon appears next to the installation in the customer’s dashboard.

• This means the inspection has taken place, but the inspection certificate has not yet been uploaded.

Reminder system

If the certificate is not uploaded within 14 days, Artion will send automatic reminders to the contact person at the inspection body.

After uploading the certificate

• Once the inspection certificate is uploaded and a score is assigned (e.g. green, orange, or red), the hourglass icon automatically updates to reflect the assigned score.
