What happens after uploading a B-score inspection certificate in Artion? Learn how both the customer and the inspection body are automatically informed and reminded.
You’ve completed an inspection of an asset and identified several remarks. The asset received a B-score from the inspector. Once the inspection certificate with a B-score is uploaded to the Artion platform, it is automatically assigned an orange score: ‘Reinspection or action required’.
As soon as this happens, the customer receives an instant email notification informing them that actions are required.
But what about the inspection body?

Automatic follow-up task: Artion immediately creates a new inspection task, notifying the inspection body that a reinspection is expected.

Reminders: Automated reminders are sent six weeks before the reinspection deadline.

Further follow-up: As with an approved inspection, additional reminders are sent four weeks, two weeks, and one week before the due date.
