Upload certificates using AI

Artion uses AI to read and extract relevant information from inspection certificates. When you upload a certificate, our AI engine automatically detects the score and provides a summary of remarks and violations if the certificate has been graded as B or C. This article explains exactly how the process works.

When uploading a certificate through the general dashboard, you’ll see the option to use artificial intelligence. By selecting this option, your certificate will be processed by our AI engine. After a few seconds, the AI will suggest a score.

How it works:

  1. Choose to upload a certificate using AI.

  2. Select the file and click ‘Upload’.

  3. The AI engine processes the certificate.
    1. After processing
      1. a suggested score,

      2. reinspection deadline (for B scores),

      3. and a summary of remarks/violations (for B and C scores) will appear.

      Note: the original language from the certificate will be retained
  4. Confirm or adjust the suggested values and click ‘Upload’.
