How can I create multiple similar assets in Artion?
Would you like to add multiple similar assets to a site? In Artion, you can easily create additional assets based on an existing one.
Steps
1. Go to the correct site
Log in to Artion and navigate to the site where you want to add the assets.
You can do this by clicking the correct site tile or by using the search bar.
2. Open the existing asset
Click on the asset you want to copy.
In many cases, the number of similar assets is shown next to the name in brackets.
In the side panel, click the icon next to the asset name to open the asset overview page.
3. Select ‘Create more like this’
On the overview page, you will see three dots on the right-hand side of the asset name.
Click them and select ‘Create more like this +’.
4. Choose whether to include the history
You can choose whether the full history of the existing asset should also be copied.
Select the preferred option and click Save.
5. Wait for Claire to create the assets
After saving, a loading bar will appear.
This allows you to follow how quickly Claire creates the additional assets for you.
Once completed, the assets will automatically appear in your platform.
6. Review your new assets
Return to the site dashboard.
You can filter by asset type to quickly find the newly created assets.
