When an asset is relocated to a different location or site, you can easily have it transferred to the correct dashboard in Artion. This article explains how to request the transfer and what happens next.

Include the following details in your message:

Name of the asset

Current site

Desired new site

Confirm that the asset has been physically relocated
Briefly mention that the asset is now located at the new site to ensure the data remains accurate.

Confirmation from the Support team
The Support team will process your request and send you a confirmation once the asset has been successfully moved to the new dashboard.
Important to know

All linked documents and inspection certificates will remain attached during the transfer.

The asset will automatically disappear from the old dashboard and appear in the overview of the new site.
