How do I remove a user from the platform?
When a user leaves the company or no longer needs access to Artion, you can easily remove them yourself. This immediately revokes their access, and they will no longer be able to view inspection data or history.
Remove a user — step-by-step

Go to the site dashboard
Log in to Artion and navigate to the site for which you want to manage users.

Open the settings
Click the settings (gear) icon in the top right corner.

Go to ‘Users’
In the settings menu, select the Users tab.

Select the user
Click the name of the user you want to remove.

Remove the user
Click Delete.
The user is immediately removed from the system and no longer has access to your inspection data or history.
