How do I upload an EU Declaration of Conformity?

An EU Declaration of Conformity is an important document that proves an installation or asset complies with European regulations. In Artion, you can easily upload this document directly to the relevant installation, so it is always available for inspections and audits.

 

Go to the installation

  1. Log in to Artion.

  2. Navigate to the site dashboard where the installation is located.

  3. Select the installation for which you want to upload the EU Declaration of Conformity.

  4. Click on Details to open the installation detail view.

Open the Documents tab

  1. In the installation detail view, go to the Documents tab.

  2. Here you will find an overview of all documents already linked to the installation.

Add the EU Declaration of Conformity

  1. Click on Add document.

  2. Choose Other document as the document type.

  3. Select the EU Declaration of Conformity file from your computer.

Save the document

  1. Click Save to confirm the upload.

  2. The EU Declaration of Conformity is now linked to the installation and available for future inspections and reference.

Good to know

  • Uploaded documents are immediately visible to users with access to the site.

  • Inspectors can consult the document during inspections if required.

  • Keeping declarations of conformity up to date helps ensure compliance and smooth inspections.
