How do you share a task with internal teams or external partners?

Tasks are often carried out by other people, such as colleagues or external partners. That’s why Artion makes it easy to share tasks with all the necessary context.

Option 1: Share via email

Option 2: Share via a link

You can also generate a link to a public page.

This link can easily be shared with:

  • internal teams

  • external suppliers

  • maintenance partners

You can also copy this link into a task/ticket in an existing system you use to track such activities.

What does the shared page include
