Quick start: getting started with Artion
Welcome to Artion! In this quick guide, we help you get started so you can quickly and correctly begin managing your assets and inspections.
What is Artion?
Artion is a platform that helps you centrally manage inspections and compliance.
You get a clear overview of all your assets, their inspection status, and the actions required to remain compliant with regulations.
With Artion, you can:
- centralise all assets and certificates
- automatically track inspections based on legislation
- easily manage actions and monitor deadlines
- collaborate with inspection partners or internal teams
This ensures you always stay in control and compliant.
1. Creating your account
To use Artion, you first need to create an account.
New users receive an invitation email to activate their account.
Through this email, you can easily set up your account and gain access to the platform.

2. Your dashboard is prepared for you
Your dashboard is set up by the Customer Success team based on the information you provided.
👉 It is important to first check that everything is correct.
Make sure to verify:
- The correct sites
- The correct assets
- Any contact details
If something is incorrect or missing, contact support@artion.eu so we can update it for you.
3. Completing your inventory
In addition to the initial setup, you can complete your inventory yourself.
Missing an asset? You can easily add it.

4. What happens next?
After adding an asset:
- inspections are automatically created based on legislation
- you immediately see when inspections are due
- you can schedule inspections and upload certificates with Claire's Inbox: Getting started with Claire's Inbox
