Starting 23 June 2025, inspection requests per site with the same deadline will be grouped into one email. This helps reduce inbox clutter and administrative overhead. Previously, each request triggered a separate email.

The email includes:

A ‘View site’ button: this takes you directly to the filtered site view in the platform, showing only the installations with that specific deadline. You can also gather additional site or installation details there.

A ‘Schedule X inspections’ button: this brings you to the inspection dashboard, where you can plan one, several, or all inspections at once.
