The customer has cancelled the inspection. What now?

Sometimes it may be necessary to cancel an inspection, for example, at the customer’s request. In this article, we explain how you can easily cancel an inspection via the Artion platform.

Go to the platform

Log in to Artion and navigate to the customer’s dashboard.

Select the inspection

Find the inspection you wish to cancel.

Click on the three dots next to the relevant inspection.

Cancel the inspection

Select the option ‘Schedule inspection’.

Then click the ‘Cancel’ button.

Confirmation to the customer

Once you have cancelled the inspection, the customer will automatically receive an email confirming the cancellation.

Make the inspection available again

After cancellation, the inspection will become available again, so it can be rescheduled.
