The score is not correct. How do I report this?

Have you noticed that an inspection score on the dashboard is incorrect? No worries! In this article, we explain how you can report this and have it corrected by the Artion Support team.

Report the error to the Support team

Send an email to support@artion.eu.

Include in your email:

  • The name of the installation.
  • The inspection for which the score is incorrect.

Verification by the Support team

The Support team will check the score against the inspection report.

If necessary, they will make the correction and send you a confirmation.

Receive feedback

If the score turns out to be correctly entered, you will receive feedback from the Support team.

If further clarification is required, the Support team will contact the inspection company.
