Go to the login page
Click on ‘Forgot password?’ below the login fields on the login page.
Request a new password
Enter the email address linked to your account.
Click on ‘Reset password’.
Receive the reset email
Within a few moments, you will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
Important: The link is only valid for 24 hours. Make sure to use it in time.
Set a new password
Click on the link in the email and follow the steps to set a new password.
Troubleshooting
If you don’t receive the email, check your spam folder.
Delete any previously received reset emails before requesting a new one.
