How do I add an (old) inspection certificate?

Do you have an older or missing inspection certificate that you want to add to Artion? This can be done in two ways: via Claire’s Inbox or by manually adding the certificate to the asset.

Option 1: upload via Claire’s Inbox

You can upload the inspection certificate via the drop zone in the bottom-left corner of the platform.

Claire automatically reads the certificate and prepares the data, such as:

  • the correct site
  • the asset
  • the inspection date
  • the score
  • any remarks or non-conformities

You only need to review and confirm the proposed data.

Option 2: manually add the certificate via the asset

Would you prefer to add the certificate yourself? Follow these steps:

  1. Go to the relevant site.
  2. Click on the correct asset.
  3. Use the panel on the right-hand side to navigate to the Inspections tab.
  4. Scroll down to the section Completed inspections.
  5. Click + Inspection.
  6. Upload the certificate.
  7. Choose whether to:
    • let Claire analyse the certificate, or
    • manually enter the data yourself.
  8. Click Save.

The inspection certificate is now linked to the asset.
