How do I add an (old) inspection certificate?
Do you have an older or missing inspection certificate that you want to add to Artion? This can be done in two ways: via Claire’s Inbox or by manually adding the certificate to the asset.
Option 1: upload via Claire’s Inbox
You can upload the inspection certificate via the drop zone in the bottom-left corner of the platform.
Claire automatically reads the certificate and prepares the data, such as:
- the correct site
- the asset
- the inspection date
- the score
- any remarks or non-conformities
You only need to review and confirm the proposed data.

Option 2: manually add the certificate via the asset
Would you prefer to add the certificate yourself? Follow these steps:
- Go to the relevant site.
- Click on the correct asset.
- Use the panel on the right-hand side to navigate to the Inspections tab.
- Scroll down to the section Completed inspections.
- Click + Inspection.
- Upload the certificate.
- Choose whether to:
- let Claire analyse the certificate, or
- manually enter the data yourself.
- Click Save.
The inspection certificate is now linked to the asset.
