I forgot to cancel the contract with my previous inspector. What should I do?

During onboarding, you are asked to cancel any existing contracts with other inspection bodies. This is because, by signing the agreement, you agree to work with Artion’s inspection partners. However, it may happen that a contract was not cancelled in time. In this article, you’ll find out what to do in such a situation.

Check the status of the contract

If you realise that a contract wasn’t cancelled in time, check whether any inspections are still scheduled by the current inspection company.

Often, the assigned company will carry out one last inspection before the notice period expires.

Inform the Support team

Notify the Support team of the situation via support@artion.eu.

Clearly state that the contract was not cancelled in time and whether a recent inspection has been carried out.

The Support team will contact the inspection company if they were already linked to your account.

Submit the final inspection report

After the inspection, send the final inspection report to support@artion.eu.

This ensures that your dashboards are kept up to date with the most recent information.

Confirm the contract termination

Confirm with the Support team that the contract has now been definitively cancelled.

This will help prevent further confusion or duplicate inspections in the future.
