What should I do if issues are found after an inspection?

When issues are identified during an inspection, a re-inspection is often required. In this article, we explain how to follow up on issues via the Artion platform, where to find the necessary information, and how to confirm completed actions.

1. Issues and re-inspection

  • If issues are found, a re-inspection is often scheduled.
  • Carefully check the inspection certificate, as it may specify a deadline for the re-inspection.

2. Email notification from Artion

  • Artion sends an email to the contact person for the site where the inspection took place.
  • The subject of the email is: ‘Actions required after inspection’.
  • The email includes:
    • Details about the asset.
    • Contact details of the inspector.
    • The inspection certificate listing the identified issues and comments.
    • A direct button linking to the inspection history of the asset.
