When will I receive an email to schedule an appointment?
Twelve weeks before a scheduled inspection expires, you will receive an email from Artion with the task to carry out a new inspection and all relevant details. In this article, we explain what to expect in this email and the steps to take next.
Email notification from Artion
Twelve weeks before the expiry date, you will receive an email notifying you that a new inspection task is available.
The email includes:
- The details of the company where the inspection needs to take place.
- The contact information of the site contact person with whom you can arrange the appointment.
- The installation(s) that need to be inspected.
Check the customer dashboard
From the email, you can directly access the customer’s dashboard.
There you will find more information about the installation(s), including status details and any remarks.
Schedule the inspection
Get in touch with the customer (by phone or email) to arrange an appointment.
Once the appointment is confirmed, you can easily schedule the inspection via the platform.
Note: If the inspection is not confirmed in the platform, we will send a reminder 30 and 14 days before the legal deadline, respectively.
