How do I upload an inspection certificate via the installation page?

Easily upload an inspection certificate via the Inspections tab and ensure the correct data is automatically processed in Artion.

Introduction

Once an inspection has been carried out, the corresponding certificate must be uploaded correctly to the platform. This ensures that:

  • the correct score is registered

  • the next deadline is calculated accurately

  • your compliance overview remains up to date

Uploading a certificate is done via the installation detail page, under the “Inspections” tab.

Where do I upload the certificate?

  1. Go to the installation detail page

  2. Open the “Inspections” tab

  3. Select the relevant inspection

  4. Click Upload certificate

Which fields must you complete?

When uploading a certificate, it is important to register the following information correctly.

Last inspection date

This field is automatically filled in if the “Scheduled on” date was previously entered.

If necessary, you can adjust this date manually.

Score

Select the correct score (A, B or C) based on the inspection certificate.

This score determines the further follow-up within the platform.

What happens to the next deadline?

The next deadline is automatically calculated based on:

  • the Last inspection date

  • the periodicity linked to the installation type

Important in case of a B score

If a re-inspection must take place earlier than the standard periodicity, you can manually adjust the proposed deadline.

This ensures that the follow-up remains fully aligned with the certificate.

Let Claire analyse the certificate

You can also choose to have Claire analyse the certificate.

Claire will:

  • read the document

  • extract the relevant data

  • suggest a score

  • propose the correct date

This may take a few seconds, but it saves you time as you do not need to review the certificate manually.

You always review and confirm the proposed values before they are definitively stored in Artion.
