Meet Claire’s Inbox
We are introducing Claire’s Inbox – a completely new way to process inspection communication in Artion.
From now on, you can send emails related to inspections directly to claire@artion.eu. Claire reads the emails, extracts the relevant information, and prepares everything in your platform for review.
This allows you to easily manage inspections in Artion, even when they are carried out by inspection companies outside the Artion partner network.
Why this matters
Many organisations work with their own trusted partners. Until now, inspections organised outside the Artion partner network could not be automatically structured within the platform.
With Claire’s Inbox, that changes.
Whether inspections are organised via Artion or directly with your own partner, you can now centralise everything in one structured compliance overview.
What Claire understands
Claire can process two types of inspection communication.
Inspection confirmations (scheduled inspections)
When your partner confirms a scheduled inspection date, Claire can recognise this and prepare it in Artion.
She will:
-
Detect that an inspection has been scheduled
-
Propose the planned inspection date
-
Suggest the correct site and asset(s)
-
Prepare the inspection with the status “Planned”
Nothing is automatically finalised. You review the proposed values and confirm them before they are officially saved.
This ensures that:
-
You clearly see that an inspection has been scheduled
-
No unnecessary follow-up is triggered
-
Your planning remains accurate and transparent
Inspection reports (completed inspections)
When you receive the inspection report, simply forward it to claire@artion.eu.
Claire will:
-
Suggest the correct site and asset(s)
-
Extract the inspection date
-
Detect the score (A, B, C)
-
Identify remarks and non-conformities
Here too, Claire prepares everything as proposed values. Nothing is automatically saved. You review, adjust if necessary, and confirm.
Claire proposes. You confirm.
Claire uses AI to interpret emails and documents.
Although the extraction is highly accurate, compliance data must always be validated.
That is why:
-
Claire proposes structured values
-
You perform the final review
-
Only after confirmation is the data officially stored in Artion
This guarantees reliability, transparency, and control.
